Great place for a meal, or a date night. The location is kept clean. The atmosphere is relaxing and the typical Old Chicago's vibe. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good and priced reasonably. I recommend visiting this location. Keep in mind it can be busy during the weekend evenings.

1st off this place really has good food,, But this time I ordered thin crust cheese sausage and onyons. I got a thick With very little onions. Now like I said it was OK but I don't like crust. That being said I would still recommend this place.

Enjoy sitting and having a beer w/ my favorite calzone. Chicago 7. 10PM happy hour pizzas are amazing as well.

In my experience, the manager on duty should be making rounds to all the patrons. I'm sorry you had a bad time. I would definitely communicate with the management to address your dissatisfaction.
